About the opportunity

• Managing the relationship with .com team as the main stakeholder on day to day basis - to make sure ROI requirements are implemented
• Responsible for Digital marketing – managing the annual media budget, campaign implementation, and long term strategy planning for digital marketing for Boots and our partner brands – to support growth. Working closely with the agency on DM strategy.
• Managing multiple internal and external stakeholders including driving the e-commerce agenda across the business – e.g. OPS team, marketing team, B-hive, Burton warehouse, Supply team, GBG group, Google.
• Supporting development initiatives – work closely with the development team to make sure any online activities are replicated for as well, be involved in ROI specific development needs.
• Responsible for legal and safe trade of the trading categories online and delivery of KPIs
• The role is required to occasionally be available out of normal office hours and has significant responsibility to ensure the website performs strongly to achieve its yearly P&L expectations.
