About the opportunity

As a Quality Specialist you are responsible for implementing and maintaining quality systems across the No7 Beauty Company to support the creation & maintenance of safe, legal and products of the right quality throughout their lifecycle.

You will work in conjunction with a wide group of cross functional and global stakeholders in the UK, Asia and US including Regulatory, Safety, Regional Quality, Product Development, Claims, Sustainability and Research

You will work within the No7 Beauty Company Quality & Safety team and report directly report to the Quality Manager for Technical Governance & Policy Deployment

About the opportunity:

• Maintenance of the enterprise Quality Management System (eQMS) including training & document deployment.
• Champion the use of the eQMS & facilitate, provides guidance & training to internal teams using the system.
• Management of the internal audit program and corrective actions.
• Analysis of quality data and identification & implementation of improvement activity..
• Provide quality support, coaching and training within the No7 Beauty Company.

About you

• Experience of working within a QMS in a FMCG environment and good knowledge of how a QMS is designed & maintained.
• Experience of managing non-conformity and corrective action plans.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing circumstance and manage activities to meet the needs of the business while maintaining a focus on quality.
• Competent, highly organized individual capable of working independently, effectively and manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communicator at all levels within the organisation, decision making and problem-solving skills.
