In this role you will be accountable for leading the development and continuous improvement of the No7 Beauty Company’s end to end ways of working, reducing complexity and measurably improving our operational performance

About the opportunity

• Lead the development and continuous improvement of the No7 Beauty Company’s end to end processes, codifying and simplifying how we work through the value chain, increasing our efficiency, removing waste and cost from our organisation.
• Lead LEAN Six Sigma capability development, it’s deployment & utilisation in No7 Beauty Company through a cross functional group of c30 LSS Green Belts and 200+ white/yellow belts, delivering measurable business improvements in our core processes and KPIs
• Embed No7 Beauty Company best practices into our core systems and knowledge management practices – owning and championing knowledge management for No7 Beauty Company
• Lead a team of c5 individuals to own the development & maintenance of No7 Beauty Co Operations processes and to manage the ongoing validated status, application support and future roadmap of our core systems, as determined by our process continuous improvement and No7 Beauty Company strategic roadmap

About you

• Deep knowledge and experience in process development and improvement across multiple functions within a retail or CPG environment, LEAN Six Sigma Blackbelt preferred.
• In depth understanding of the inner working of a CPG organisation including brand, commercial and end to end supply chain and process understanding
• Ability to effectively influence and engage across key stakeholders at all levels to drive cross business alignment & change
• Strong people leadership skills to lead a team of direct reports and lead change within the organisation through
