Overview of the role:

You will be a crucial part of International Rest of World commercial and brand team. As a marketing manager you will be driving all brand activation in our existing retail channels and supporting our brand expansion plans online and in store in Europe, Latin America and Asia.

You will be championing our No7 Beauty Company brands while ensuring market relevance and building strong marketing activation plans that maximises both the short term and long-term value to the business. This role will be full time, based in London with a hybrid working model.

About the opportunity:

You will have experience in setting place marketing strategy, integrated activity planning that drives No7Bc’s brands in our international markets. You will work with the International commercial team to build plans that deliver against our budget. This role will be key to supporting the launch of our brands in our new markets, ensuring strong focus on market relevance in terms of range, brand positioning. The ideal candidate will have a wide range of channel activation experience from in store to digital. You will also work in collaboration with our retailer partners and agencies on an ongoing basis to drive integration of brand plans. This is a high profile, fast paced role and requires someone who is motivated, tenacious and a real team player.

• You will be a key point of contact between the global marketing team and local retailer markets. Ensuring activation and PR plans are locally relevant, based on insight and consistently linked into driving core and overall increasing brand engagement and awareness.
• Driving forecast accuracy and budget planning optimisation that can identify potential savings for the business.
• Experienced in people development as the role will be managing an assistant brand manager.

About you:

Are you a current marketing or trade marketing manager who can deliver business performance through the growth of brands? Are you passionate about an insights and data driven approach to marketing? Are you experienced in building successful partnerships with key retailers in the UK or internationally? Are you passionate about people development?

Experience in the following areas is highly sought for this role:

• Brand management or trade marketing experienced 5 or more years required
• Commercial acumen
• Interested or experienced in beauty
• Experienced working with and presenting to key retailer accounts
• Passionate about meeting customers and market needs
• Thrives in a fast paced environment
• Collaborative, team player able to work autonomously
• Able to build strong working relationships across levels, geographies and functions with a cross functional team
• Experienced in budget forecasting, reporting and managing and advertising and promotions budget
