About the opportunity

Business Technology Management is not traditional IT. It is crafting and influencing the business strategy, plans, and enabling this through the thinking and execution of a technology strategy and roadmap.
The role will be responsible for leading the business technology relationship and roadmap and products for the No.7 Marketing, Digital and Ecommerce functions. The role will be responsible for ensuring products are maintained, supported and delivered in line with WBA IT and Business strategy. The role will work directly with the business to manage technology and subsequent process change in the business, accountable for the technology delivery and being an integral part of the business team, you are supporting.

About you
• Working side by side with marketing, digital, creative, ecommerce, internal/external technology suppliers/teams to co-develop, drive and own a prioritised technology roadmap and backlog.
• Owning and managing business technology ecosystem/portfolio, business change projects/programmes, tech products, budgets, delivery and stakeholder management for your functional area.
• Experience working or working with ecommerce, digital and marketing function, with experience and understanding in or with Martech (Adobe and other suites), web site experience (CMS) and performance (CRO), social media and UGC management, Marketing automation, precision media, web personalisation, CRM and Loyalty, data strategy and privacy (1st, 2nd 3rd Party data management), DMP/CDP, digital innovation, web/funnel analytics, DTC, DAM, PIM, Consumer and marketing Insights.
• Excellent communication, analysis, partnering and delivery management skills to work with stakeholders and customers across the organisation, to inform the portfolio, product vision, strategy, features, and prioritization.
• Somebody with experience in business relationship management, change management, portfolio and project management, technology product ownership and has a strong balance of business acumen and technology knowledge and business case / benefits analysis and management.

• Experience in the following technologies: Adobe experience platform: Adobe Experience Manager, Analytics, Target, Campaign, Launch, XCM/Dynamics 360 CRM, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Stibo, THG (Ingenuity platform), LiveRamp, Skin Diagnostics tools, Microsoft Azure EIPaas, social listening tools, UGC tools, CMS, Commerce Tools.
• Experience in a CPG organisation.
