Lead Business Analyst - Healthcare

Our Healthcare Team are looking for a dynamic Lead Business Analyst to join the Digital Pharmacy Programme.

As the Lead BA you will be responsible for managing demand coming into the Programme and for supporting product owners and product managers to prioritise backlogs within our Agile Delivery Model.

About the opportunity

• Lead the Business Analysts in the Digital Pharmacy Programme to ensure effective and high-quality delivery
• Manage and maintain relationships with key stakeholders (both business & technical) to shape, influence and inform strategic direction
• Manage demand coming into the Digital Pharmacy Programme.
• Facilitate preparation of epic and feature sizing to inform business decision making.
• Support BAs and Product Owners in breaking down work packages into well crafted Epics, Features and User Stories.
• Work with product managers and product owners to prioritise product backlogs.
• Work with the RTE to facilitate PI planning.

About you

• You will have significant experience of working within an agile software delivery environment ideally in a leadership role.
• You will have experience of working as a Product Owner or Product Manager.
• A thorough understanding of Agile methodologies supported by the skills to guide and coach teams in prioritising and executing against a product backlog.
• Strong understanding of principles, theories, practices and techniques for managing activities involved in planning and delivering software development projects.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage, influence, negotiate and collaborate with a variety of stakeholders at all levels in the business.
• Self-starter, highly proactive and assertive in a demanding and dynamic environment;
