Within the International Retail division of Walgreens Boots Alliance, we work with our teams across the globe, delivering health and wellness solutions to customers across LATAM, EMEA and Asia. We are currently looking for an energetic, customer obsessed, senior marketing/loyalty professional to join our UK based team, to help us build and deliver strategies and propositions around the world. We have an exciting vision for growth, and need the right person to help us bring it to life.

About the opportunity

• Act as customer engagement champion, providing strategic input and shaping the brand and customer experience across owned, earned and paid media.
• Use your experience in omnichannel and data driven marketing to help us deliver our mass personalisation vision, improving our marketing effectiveness.
• Optimise the use of our 1st party data, and advise on other data sources that can strengthen the customer experience across our touchpoints, including acquisition and retention objectives.
• Lead our loyalty programmes across markets, finding new ways to engage with customers, and launching new programmes and initiatives.
• Deliver innovation and growth projects to strengthen the customer experience.
• Lead the support team Marketing Manager, to ensure that brand consistency and excellence is achieved through all content and assets.

• You will put the customer of the heart of all of your decisions, and be obsessed about supporting them to live healthier, happier lives;
• You will have excellent communication and relationship building skills, be able to adapt to work successfully across a range of international cultures, and give clear leadership to the teams around you;
• You will be a credible influencer with senior stakeholders;
• You will be truly data driven, experienced at using first party data to drive growth;
• You will ideally have experience across marketing and loyalty disciplines, and will understand how to integrate customer experiences.
