HRIS Data Conversion Lead

This is an exciting opportunity to join our global transformation team as a Data Conversion Lead, ideally based at our Support Office in Nottingham. This is a full-time, fixed term contract position, reporting to the HRIS Workstream Lead, where you’ll be part of a dedicated team implementing a new suite of HRIS modules across the global organisation.

About the opportunity

Not only will you get the opportunity to work in a key role within the program team developing the HRIS project data strategy, but you’ll also have the opportunity to work with our global teams across a variety of business areas. Some key tasks include:

• Ownership of the overall data conversion approach for the HRIS project and inputs to ensure data is prepared for loading into the new HRIS solution
• Define, document and communicate the data conversion standards for extraction and preparation
• Identify data owners and governance protocols on data changes/updates during implementation
• Co-ordinate the team responsible for mapping of HR data to new HRIS solution, identify data sources for conversion, extraction and data preparation activities
• Responsible for data extract and transformation of WBA data into the new HRIS solution, supporting multiple rounds of data extraction from legacy and global systems
• Ensure that the appropriate edits against the extracted data are carried out as needed
• Manage coordination and prompt responsiveness of data issue resolutions
• Ensures that relevant data consistency checks have been conducted and errors corrected using agreed business rules
• Owns and manages any manual data update process during deployment
• Tracks and manages the reporting status to the project management team including escalation of any risks and issues
• Data will be English only and translated at local level, but could be required to work with countries on translated data issues if they arise

About you

• Experience with data conversion and migration, ideally into SAP SuccessFactors
• Demonstrable experience in managing tasks to time to meet key deadlines
• Experience working as part of a large-scale program
• Ability to prioritise based on data and evidence
• Highly competent with data tools
• Ability to present and clearly summarise complex information
• A passionate communicator who can motivate and influence others
• Naturally inquisitive with an appetite to be constantly learning
