Overview of the role:

This is an exciting new opportunity to work within our Global Commercial Strategy team, to build and implement a strategy for Excess and Obsolete stock clearance.

This role will be the lead for the No7 Beauty Company, and will be accountable for where we sell, to who and how; involving fostering new retailer relationships as well as building on current ones

About the opportunity:

The Account Manager will lead the strategic management of the partnership with current and new retailers and distributors, to drive sales and reduce stock holding

This role will sit within a newly formed Global Commercial Strategy & Planning team, which is responsible for delivering profit growth for the No7 Beauty Company through Nett Revenue Management, and Sales & Operations Planning.

• Will be responsible for curating and leading ongoing Clearance and Discounter Supplier Relationships for all of our brands
• Will be directly responsible for co creating and implementing a Discounter Stock clearance programme, to drive profit growth and reduce stock budget
• Will report into the Head of Global Commercial Strategy, but will work cross functionally with global account teams, global supply teams and finance to deliver a transparent view of our current stock holding and the plans to reduce this
• Will work with current retail accounts and partners, along with fostering new relationships in order to sell on our clearance stock in a profitable way

About you:

• Need to be highly competent in negotiation and selling
• Need to be able to work cross functionally with global, virtual teams
• Able to consolidate data into easy to interpret and use formats
• Equally comfortable with working with external partners, fostering relationships that will benefit our business both now and in the future
• Sales experience with 3rd Party retailers and partners ideal
