ROI Marketing Manager – Customer Loyalty and Insights

An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Boots Ireland Marketing Team for a Marketing Manager (Customer Loyalty & Insights) based in our Support Office in Nottingham.

About the opportunity:

You will work across category to deliver ROI specific marketing activity. This role will have specific responsibility for the ownership of the planning and delivery of all insights and research for Ireland. Own and drive the planning for marketing implementation of the Advantage Card brand, sub-brands and associated assets including the Boots app; and the Martech projects that support the Loyalty aspects of our business. This person will also lead the Always on Value media strategy for Ireland Marketing.
This role reports to the Head of Marketing and you will work cross functionally with the ROI Marketing Team and UK Marketing Teams, specifically the Insights & Research teams and the Customer Marketing & Loyalty teams.

• Ireland Loyalty strategy and implementation – clubs, Advantage card, boots app
• Development and delivery of loyalty plan for Ireland
• Ad Card 3.0 and Martech Loyalty integration for Ireland
• Insights tracking
o You Gov – management with UK insights, recommendations and manage brand health metrics
o Kantar deep dive
o Econometrics and media efficiencies lead
• Lead Always On Value Media strategy (support from Assistant Marketing Managers on delivery)

About you:

• CRM marketing expertise, ideally through usage of advanced martech solutions
• Analytical skills and mindset
• Knowledge of YouGov, Kantar, Econometrics or other market insight tools (preferred)
• Experience or knowledge of the Irish market
• Budget management
• You will need to be an excellent relationship builder with both internal and external stakeholders and possess strong communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy is essential
• In addition, you will need to enjoy working in a fast-past environment and be a good team worker.
