About the opportunity:

We are looking for a talented Assistant Marketing Manager to join the Boots Brand & Exclusives team to support the delivery of our ambitious growth plans. This role specifically supports the Marketing Manager in marketing plan development and implementation for Boots brand Healthcare. This is a high profile, varied and fast paced role within the Boots UK Marketing team.

The role will involve;

• Executing the 360-marketing plan for key healthcare products and NPD across; paid media, Boots owned channels including the website, app and emails, influencers, partnerships, social media, as well as briefing our instore and PR teams
• Developing end to end 360 marketing plan including brand strategy for one of our key healthcare categories
• Cross functional working across internal teams, agencies and third-party suppliers
• Briefing and managing agencies on both creative and media

About you:

• Experience of and knowledge within digital and social media, as well as data driven marketing campaigns
• Experience of executing marketing campaigns with a 360 mindset
• Experience of briefing agencies and developing disruptive marketing creative which disrupts customers
• You will be flexible in your approach and workload and be able to manage competing priorities & tasks and manage stakeholders in their requests and escalate effectively in a timely manner where required
• A proactive, positive, can-do attitude
• A driven individual who has a thirst for knowledge, accountability and ownership
