Overview of the role:

Drive performance media channels ROAS across key brand properties through direct management or agency oversight on campaign activation.

Working within a team of Digital experts you will be supporting the planning and implementation of digital media campaigns globally. With our unique brand story, expertise in all things naturally active and continuous growth, this is an exciting opportunity to be part of something truly special!

You will translate commercial and marketing objectives into communication briefs working closely with our media agency and key internal stakeholders to ensure that the campaigns are insight & data based. The Search & Paid media Manager will be responsible for implementing and optimizing the media plan and mass personalisation and contributes to the performance reporting for their campaigns:

• Manage performance marketing delivery through agency partnerships, ensuring briefing, campaign timely activation, optimization cycles and performance review for social media & programmatic.
• Develop the search strategy for No7 beauty company working alongside internal and external partners to ensure best practices are upheld across the search landscape for brands such as Liz Earle & No7
• Strategise and oversee Liz Earle UK SEM campaigns from concept through to delivery and optimise day-to-day campaign efforts, maximising performance across common critical metrics and providing accurate reporting in a timely and efficient manner.
• This role will work closely with the web projects team to identify and resolve blockers to organic performance and the web content team to implement optimised content strategies to ensure continuous channel improvement.
• Work with insights and analytics team to improve and evolve measurement, gain deeper insight into the impact of performance media operations and drive the test and learn strategy to ensure continuous channel performance improvement.

About you:

• Background in SEM, including SEO (research, technical) & PPC, with proven results of successful implementation
• Strong understanding & successful track record of campaign activation in performance marketing channels (e.g. social, programmatic)
• Proven ability in using data & analytics
• Effective partner management at multiple levels within the business so strong influencing skills are a requirement
