Smart Automation – Lead Architect

We have an exciting opportunity for someone to join our ICE function as the Lead Architect who will have ultimate responsibility of the design of the Smart Automation solution. This is a management position which also involves leading an augmented team of Architects.

Key Responsibilities
• Defining or reviewing the high-level solution and be responsible of the solution.
• Evangelising Automation capabilities to support business in identifying opportunities.
• Support the initial engagement process (assessment, feasibility, estimates).
• Support Project Manager and Technical Leads where needed and during project execution.
• Lead and manage teams of augmented Architect.

A bit about you…
• Experience in Conversational AI, Machine Learning and NLP.
• Experience in Robotic Process Automation (Automation Anywhere) and OCR.
• Experience in business process assessment and automation.
• Able to lead and provide strategic vision.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
