Programme Manager – Boots Opticians

Programme Manager (customer data), full-time fixed-term contract (12 months minimum) based in Nottingham with flexible home working.

About the opportunity:

A significant step in this journey is building a modern data architecture and as the business programme manager you will play a critical role in leading the functional and technology teams to transition our customer database into the cloud, and longer-term, the delivery of technology that activates this.

• Responsible for leading the programme and the successful delivery of business outcomes
• Aligning teams and stakeholders around a clear plan
• Resolving complex and multiple interdependencies
• Driving pace and progress versus plan, holding teams to account
• Managing risks and issues as they arise to maintain momentum

About you:

• Experience of data related transformation/ programme management is desirable
• Strong leadership of cross-functional, multi-discipline teams, individuals and suppliers
• Ability to cut through complexity and articulate simple solutions
• Demonstrate excellent programme leadership and agile ways of working
• Highly resilient with proactive management of stakeholders
