A fantastic opportunity to help shape and support communications to stores and field colleagues ensuring they are accurate, timely and relevant. An eye for detail with regular checks that content on BootsLive and MyHub is up to date and current. Supports in the development, improvements and implementation of existing and new communication tools and processes.

About the opportunity

Working alongside a fast paced but planned team, the stores communication team work in partnership with the Boots Hub activity planning team and store insights team. The role reports into the Store Activity Planning & Stores Communications Manager. Key responsibilities will include;
• Ensure all content on BootsLive/MyHub is accurate, current and updated in line within the Content SLA
• BootsLive/MyHub Governance Principles are communicated and upheld by all stakeholders
• Ensure the BootsLive calendar and MyHub campaigns are populated in line with the Activity plan
• As part of the team that provides cover 8am – 5pm Monday to Friday (flexibility for occasional out of core hours working)
• Using information available in BootsLive/MyHub (Google Analytics, compliance reports etc) to review usage & make recommendations for improvements

About you

• Excellent relationship building and networking skills. Able to engage and influence stakeholders across the business
• A keen eye for detail and the ability to work at pace and demonstrate agility now and in the future
• Effective communication skills providing clarity to stores at all times
• Competent on key IT programmes
