This is an exciting position that will lead a team of internal and vendor employees all working towards the common goal of driving service excellence and ensuring the security of WBA with the users at the forefront of your work.

Key Responsibilities

• Effectively manage/lead global Identity Access and Management team. Lead teams that are both WBA employees as well as vendor managed services.
• Ensures that defects in production systems are tracked, summarized and presented to management. Anticipates and prevents problems and roadblocks before they occur.
• Develops and enhances processes/procedures to support established standards.
• Reduction of tickets coming into the Global Identity Access and Management teams through use of self-service tool options and issue identification and resolution.
• Act as a SME for Global Identity Access and Management when collaborating with external groups on their projects or initiatives.
