IT Engineer

This role is a highly technical, third level desktop engineer, that will be part of a team of engineers focused on supporting IT infrastructure in corporate and retail locations. Daily work will be part of projects as well as standard maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

• Technology
o SCCM, Windows OS, Defender Anti-Virus, Active Directory
• Troubleshooting complex issues related to, but not limited to the items listed above
• Ability to work at a fast pace and resolve issues quickly
• Work on projects, part of a global team working on common goals/objectives
• Strong oral and written communication skills, technical and non-technical audiences; process and procedures focused
