The Insights Specialist will be responsible for understanding workload driven from the Support office into stores and identifying where solutions are needed to improve activity in stores.

About the opportunity

• Working with store teams to obtain consistent and quality feedback
• Using data available to understand the root cause of issues and understand which areas to prioritise
• Using store and support office insights to drive sustainable improvements to the activity that lands in stores
• Liaising with teams across the business to drive improvements
• Maintain awareness across the wider Store Operations function

About you

• Excellent written and verbal communications skills
• A good understanding of stores and operational activity
• Excellent relationship building skills, able to engage and influence colleagues across the business
• Ability to produce detailed and relevant feedback packs/summaries
• Ability to work collaboratively across all functions within the business
• Ability to work at pace and demonstrates good time management
• Makes connections across the organisation offering support, challenge and drives turning insights into action
