We are due to have an exciting secondment opportunity starting in October 2021, to cover maternity leave, for an inspirational leader to come and lead the South Yorkshire area, the largest sales area in Central England . This area consists of a range of format stores; large health and beauty, edge of towns, local pharmacy. The succesful candidate will have strong leadership and interpersonal skills as well as a proven track record in driving productivity through standards and care. The candidate will be able to demonstrate the ability to lead and guide a team of managers in driving business growth, customer loyalty and great engagement for colleagues.

What you’ll be doing day to day.

Get to know our in store teams, and spot talent. It’s about creating a really personable and exciting environment, coaching teams and spending the time with them. Find out what they like and what they want to see change, and help them develop their commercial skills and customer care.
Lead the sales and performance of your area, whilst keeping our customers close to heart. As an ambassador for our Boots brand you’ll be passionate about helping us work towards becoming the world's best pharmacy led health and beauty retailer.

Put together inspiring plans for Pharmacy, retail and operations across our stores – keeping our standards of care high.

How will you do it?

Lead change. Use your commercial and retail expertise, and be flexible with your approach to new ideas that our store teams can really get behind. Beating the targets we want to achieve as a business.

Know our customers. You’ll understand that fantastic feel good moments to our customers, are what keep them coming back. That offering a great experience is what Boots is known for. This in turn will also help sales.

Work closely with Head of Region, Regional HR Partner and Store Managers, as these relationships are at the heart of delivering wonderful customer care. And you’re passion for legendary customer service will really inspire the teams around you.
