This is an exciting opportunity to join our Liz Earle Payroll and Benefits team, working to a smooth payroll and pay process for team members. This role reports to the Senior Payroll and Benefits Officer and is a key member and contributor to the People and Development team.

About the opportunity

• Part time, 20 hours per week position
• Liz Earle Beauty Company Payroll and Benefits team are based on the Isle of Wight however, we would consider the successful candidate working remotely out of the Nottingham office
• Help produce monthly payroll for around 600 team members within Liz Earle Beauty Co Ltd, retail, operations and support office teams in various locations
• Prepare and maintain monthly payroll tasks using Zellis System and work on system improvement and optimisation
• Assist the People and Development team on company benefits and reward, also advise on legal and pay regulations
• Sickness and holiday reporting for absence management

About you

• Considerable payroll experience, and the preferred candidate will have Zellis/Resourcelink experience
• Attention to detail and enjoys working on continuous improvement in processes and procedures
• Collaborative in working with other team members
• Ability to manage own time and workload
