The Copywriter will be instrumental in providing a wide range of beauty, health, pharmacy and wellness advice and information to Boots customers across all digital channels. They will work with the Copy and Editorial Lead and the wider copy, content and production teams to create and deliver a wide range of copy across our digital channels.
Working at the heart of Boots’ internal agency – The B-Hive – you will have the opportunity to work with numerous stakeholders across the business, developing expertise in the end-to-end digital journey.

You will be a part of the B-Hive – our award-winning internal content and production studio, based in Nottingham. Be involved in a variety of projects – working with great people and brilliant brands. Fast paced and extremely passionate, our Marketing team drive our success and keep our customers coming back for more, through inspiring and innovative communications. Promoting our latest products, delivering great offers that make our customers feel good and inspiring our colleagues.

• Creating a wide range of beauty, health, pharmacy and wellness copy in Boots style and tone of voice
• Writing customer and SEO-friendly copy that is informative, engaging and supports the digital customer journey
• Working collaboratively with colleagues across the business to deliver on brief
• Producing copy, in Boots style and tone of voice, which works with and supports UX and SEO principles
• Creating and updating pages within various content management systems

About you

• Digital copywriting skills and experience of writing for web, email and social media
• Experience of, or an interest in, beauty, health, pharmacy and wellness
• CMS experience (such as Adobe Experience Manager)
• An understanding of UX and SEO and their application to marketing copy
• Attention to detail, excellent organisation and communication skills, plus flexibility
