We are looking for a dedicated individual to join our team reporting directly to the Commercial Operations Manager who is accountable for the production, creation and delivery of our core operational guides for stores.
About the opportunity

The Commercial Operations team are a committed team supporting all commercial activity. We focus on delivering the activity plan brilliantly for both our customers and store colleagues. This encompasses many different elements and includes all sales plan and merchandising activity.
• You will be responsible for the creation and delivery of bespoke operational guides to support 2500 stores to land the commercial plan right first time on a fortnightly basis
• You will maintain a 12 month schedule for core documents and influence delivery dates into stores in line with the seasonal requirement
• Confidently share ideas and developing a vision that allows the Commercial Operations team to maintain focus and drive continuous improvement of BAU documents and ways of working
• You will work cross functionally to gather all content required and hold peers and key stakeholders to account to ensure the team adheres to print / logistics deadline
• You will need to focus on keeping the document simple for stores as well as providing clear operational guidance
• You will need to ensure all documents are circulated to the relevant stakeholders, allowing time for amends before hitting your print dates
• You will manage central business updates to share how the commercial has landed using facts and insights from stores and field leaders to champion continuous improvement effectively
• You will ensure the most up to date store / field team mailing and circulations lists are maintained on a regular basis
• You will continually review and implement feedback on how activity has landed (stores feedback survey, forum, outbound calls) and agree any necessary action plans to react quickly to major challenges

• Experience of working in a fast paced environment
• A great communicator who enjoys the challenge of cross functional working
• A passion for learning more about stores and the commercial plan
