Joining the Global Business Services Platform team, you will be working as part of the HR Transformation Programme team supporting their global programme of change. The ideal candidate will be someone with relevant experience implementing Success Factors, together with strong stakeholder engagement skills

Key Responsibilities
• Leading the IT programme of work to support the global implementation of SAP SuccessFactors
• Working with the HR PMO to ensure that the IT deliverables are planned, tracked and delivered on time and to budget
• Unblocking and resolving issues that may derail the implementation
• Managing and tracking the IT budget

A bit about you…
• Previously led a global HR software implementations, ideally SuccessFactors or other HCM related software
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Must be able to effectively work with various customers, from senior leadership to 3rd party vendors.
• Worked in a large IT organisation with the need to liaise with teams in a matrix style
• Possesses a broad knowledge of technology areas such as infrastructure, transformation and migration, security, business analysis, applications, integration, service management and understands how these interact to arrive to a solution
• Deep understanding of full software development lifecycle, working in both waterfall and agile projects.
• Flexible approach that can successfully navigate a complex organisation
