HRIS – Business Analyst
18 Month FTC

Joining the Global Business Services Platform team, you will be working as part of the HR Transformation Programme team supporting their global programme of change. The ideal candidate will be someone with relevant experience implementing Success Factors, together with strong stakeholder engagement skills

Key Responsibilities
• Gathering requirements in the design workshops
• Liaising with the implementation partner during the build process
• Supporting the Solution Architect in the high level design
• Supporting with the testing phases throughout the project

A bit about you…
• Previously worked on large, global software implementations, ideally HR related using SAP SuccessFactors, or similar HCM solution
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Must be able to effectively work with various customers, from senior leadership to 3rd party vendors.
• Worked in a large IT organisation with the need to liaise with teams in a matrix style
• Possesses a broad knowledge of technology areas such as infrastructure, transformation and migration, security, business analysis, applications, integration, service management and understands how these interact to arrive to a solution
• Deep understanding of full software development lifecycle, working in both waterfall and agile projects.
• Flexible approach that can successfully navigate a complex organisation
