About the role:

The Creative and Media role is instrumental in leading and delivering customer journeys and creative communications, across all paid and owned channels. The post works within the Wellness and Baby Squad to deliver communications in an agile-led environment aligned to the Boots Marketing Pillars. With a customer first mindset, and a creative eye for detail, the successful candidate will be passionate about consistent and engaging customer journeys and marketing communications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supports the delivery of TV / Print / OOH / Radio / Display / Social ATL creative to drive improved marketing performance for the business.
• Works closely with the B-Hive and Owned channels to coordinate their delivery ensuring creative integration at all times.
• Drives a strong relationship with our Creative Agencies, ensuring delivery against the critical path and that ways of working are optimised across both parties.
• Works closely with the Media Specialists to implement and optimise the media plan, deliver Mass Personalisation, and agreed budgeted Media plans that can be optimised ‘live’ to deliver optimum ROAS.
• Supporting the squad in delivering against to the key KPIs for the squad and the specific briefs.
• Writing briefs and inputting into briefs with others.
• Works closely with all Squad members to ensure creative demos and senior stakeholder updates are carried out in line with Agile principles and on time.
• Co-ordination support across all Marketing channels.
• Supports the delivery of squad reporting on daily/weekly basis including the MLT Review and Monday Reporting processes, in addition to other reporting requirements.
• Implements Squad best practice and learnings, and champions the sharing of results across the squad to help drive performance.

A bit about you:

• Strong communicator who leads rather than follows, with an ability to energise, network and build strong relationships across the business
• Keen eye for detail and creative flair- confident in articulating and defending thoughts and opinions on creative whilst relating back to commercial objectives
• Previous experience of working with above the line media channels and creative would be desirable
• Strong cross functional experience desirable with the ability to work across multiple teams and functions
• Ability to work at pace in an agile way, and handle frequent change
• Ambition to develop as a leader and a willingness to stretch in role
• A customer-first mind set
