About the role:

• The role will manage the content planning, creation and executional delivery and performance of Mothercare’s social channels (Facebook and Instagram).

• This role reports into the Baby and Wellness squad, to deliver communications in an agile-led environment aligned to Boots Marketing pillars, and will also include a responsibility to lead and deliver customer journeys and creative communications, across all paid and owned channels.

• With a customer-first mindset and a creative eye for detail, the successful candidate will be passionate about social media, and creating engaging customer journeys.

Key Responsibilities:

• Planning and Delivery of campaign plans to effectively reach target audiences in the relevant social channels
• Providing clear creative briefs to internal and 3rd party production houses and driving strong relationships with agencies
• Working closely with the Mothercare marketing team and ensuring a positive relationship
• Legal adherence and sign off with relevant stakeholders and a strong relationship with the Customer Support Centre
• Creative development and accurate delivery across designated channels in line with brand guidelines
• Cross functional relationship building to ensure consistency and integration in delivery
• Delivery of creative for integration checks for key meetings
• Supports the delivery of TV / Print / OOH / Radio / Display / Social ATL creative to drive improved marketing performance for the business.
• Works closely with all squad members to ensure creative demos and senior stakeholder updates are carried out in line with agile principles and on time, and to support key delivery of KPIs
• Supports the delivery of squad reporting on a daily/weekly basis including the MLT Review and Monday Reporting processes, in addition to other reporting requirements.
• Implements Squad best practice and learnings, and champions the sharing of results across the squad to help drive performance.

Your experience:

• Customer led marketer that understands audiences and brand consistency
• Social Media expertise either from a brand or retail environment
• An interest in performance as well as creative elements of marketing
• Stakeholder management with track record of working with multiple stakeholders
• PO and budget management
• Creative eye and ability to deliver clear customer communications for all channels as required
• Previous experience of working with above the line media channels and creative would be desirable
• Strong cross functional experience desirable with the ability to work across multiple teams and functions
• Ability to work at pace in an agile way and handle frequent change
