You will be a key member of the digital marketing team, driving customer loyalty through execution of a newly created CRM program to support the DTC proposition of one or our major beauty brands. Through the planning and implementation of online customer acquisition and retention plans, you will work extremely closely with our DTC agency, digital commercial partners and the wider UK brand team to help drive long term brand growth whilst also responding swiftly and tactically to immediate digital and broader business needs. This is a high profile, fast paced role and requires someone who is motivated, tenacious and can communicate clearly about all aspects related to data capture and usage and CRM development and execution.

Your Responsibilities:

• Working with our Digital Marketing Manager and Senior Manager Commercial/Digital Manager, you will help define a CRM based on customer worth.
• Working with our DTC agency, you will lead the organic acquisition strategy and customer profile enrichment of our DTC site
• You will optimise welcome and abandonment journeys based on data insights
• Develop loyalty journeys based on purchase behaviour and customer insight
• You will lead the segmentation strategy of our data base, working closely with our DTC agency
• Help build relevant email templates and communications in CMS
• Working with a creative agency, you will provide relevant imagery and content for email templates that are within brand guidelines and that have a consistent look and feel with copy, tone and content of the DTC site
• Work closely with the digital commercial team to ensure all communication is reflecting trade and promotion priorities
• Work closely with the UK brand team to align with Masterbrand comms helping to seek out new ways to drive overall incrementality of the brand and supporting the central communications strategy
• Work with the DTC agency to make sure all technical, content and analytics requirements and sharing are ensured
• Work with Digital Marketing Manager to identify growth and development opportunities through transparent and actionable business reporting and insights that can be shared and easily understood by the wider business.
• Manage CRM deployment with all relevant agencies
