The Regional Product Quality Manager is responsible for maintaining the Quality Management System and eQMS. This is essential for key products, especially medicines, and licensed and regulated products, such as medical devices. This role supports and protects our business as part of our obligation to deliver safe, effective and controlled products to our consumers time after time.

Key Responsibilities
• Owns the development, deployment & maintenance of the Regional QMS to support effective product quality & risk management throughout the product lifecycle.
• Provide front line support to and manage regulatory audits (MHRA & BSI).
• Be the lead across the region to drive continuous improvement, education and capability for the eQMS management and its ongoing development
• Partner with the Product Delivery teams to ensure products are developed and marketed in compliance with the regulatory requirements of the product classification and the region sold.
• Ensures the reporting of quality system KPI’s to deliver management review and ongoing real time performance metrics for regional products and drive the changes needed for compliance

A bit about you…
• Extensive knowledge of quality assurance & quality management systems
• Expert knowledge of GXPs and the regulatory requirements, especially for ROB products (medicines, medical devices , food supplements & cosmetics)
• Knowledge and experience of GXPs and compliance with MHRA, FSA, BSI etc requirements
• Strong facilitation & coaching skills with a passion for continuous improvement
• Ability to communicate effectively and at all levels within the organisation with the confidence to influence effectively and provide visible leadership
