As part of the Operations Development team, the Process Analyst will be accountable for identifying and developing detailed process maps, documenting Standard Operating Procedures and developing the Operations Development worktime standards.

This role will primarily work across 2 major transformation initiatives within the team supporting the Future Store Operating Model Pipeline development and the Model day transformation project.

Key Responsibilities:
• Support the Senior Manager - Operations Development in creating an end-to-end and top to bottom view of the operational processes and controls
• Identify, Design and Develop detailed operational documentation including Visio process maps and worktime standards
• Gather, understand and document detailed business activities using appropriate tools and techniques
• Apply Lean thinking to key processes and identify wastes, value and opportunities to improve
• Build an excel master record of worktime standards across the various levels of processes
• Create process summary reports that detail the suite of maps, SOPS and process data including any opportunities captured during the review

• Strong Value stream and Process Mapping Skills
• Advanced Excel and Analysis Skills
• Strong Presentation creation and visualisation skills
• Good Project Management Understanding
• Excellent relationship building, able to engage and influence a wide range of stakeholders across the office and in store
• Ability to explain, simplify and communicate complex information concisely
• Ability to work at pace and demonstrate agility now and in the future
