As part of the Operations Development team, the Project Manager will be accountable for supporting a key pilot and proof of concept project focusing on Store Call Optimisation.

This will include developing a strong business case, post pilot that demonstrates the opportunity and return on investment and gaining relevant Boots UK and WBA approvals.

Key Responsibilities
• Developing and delivering the pilot deliverables through the project management framework
• Adhering to and supporting the project management governance, issue and risk management, stakeholder management and reporting
• Keeping up to date with industry developments to identify opportunities to drive efficiencies
• Supporting cultural change within and outside of the team/function

A bit about you…
• Strong Programme and Project Management experience
• Proven Continuous improvement experience
• Experience of delivering operational projects that focus on core IT and Telephony deliverables
• Experience of Retail, operating model, pharmacy and or supply chain preferable
• Commercial and strategic thinking
• Excellent relationship building, negotiating and networking skills, able to engage and influence senior stakeholders across the office and in store
• Excellent Programme and Project Management understanding
• Ability to explain, simplify and communicate complex information concisely
• Ability to work at pace and demonstrate agility now and in the future
• A strong understanding of third-party contract management
• Previous experience of leading change programmes preferable
