Senior Manager, Business Services Portfolio and Delivery Lead

Joining the Global Business Services Platform team, you will be working closely with WBA functional teams, such as Finance/Tax/Treasury, Human Resources, Corporate Communications, Workforce management, Asset/property management and Procurement.

Key Responsibilities
• Serves as a Global Business Service Platform’s business customer/stakeholder executive-facing point of contact
• Accountable for managing an assigned portfolio of projects which enable our stakeholder’s strategic objectives
• Provide delivery leadership to ensure the assigned portfolio of projects and other key initiatives are delivered with quality
• Effectively manage internal/external partner relationships

A bit about you…
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Must be able to effectively work with various customers, from senior leadership to 3rd party vendors
• The ability to rapidly understand the business, commercial and technical requirements to build solutions is vital
• Proven track record of technology enablement and platform modernization that enables execution of business process improvement, digital transformation and robotic process automation
• Astute technology leader, with leadership gravitas and experience to engage key stakeholders in business strategy discussions and effectively manage internal/external partner relationships
