The Workflow Coordinator is a key role in the digital experience team in They are the ‘front door’ for the team, bringing work requests in from across trading and marketing, managing projects from end to end, to ensure they are prioritised and delivered on time. The role has significant responsibility for ensuring a large volume of activities (hundreds of assets, tens of pages) are completed each week/month.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for receiving work requests (briefs) into the digital experience team, leading triage and kick-off meetings, ensuring these are prioritized and delivered on time and to specification
• Work closely with the .com planning and trading teams to develop delivery plans for key events such as Christmas/Black Friday
• Organise daily traffic management across the team, prioritising work, allocating resource for all BAU activities - escalating when required
• Manage the workflow tool (Wrike) to schedule resource to coordinate regular BAU activities such as page delivery and salesplan, events, homepage and key projects
• Identify and implement opportunities to improve processes, output or both!

A bit about you:

• Our ideal candidate will be extremely organised, and experienced in co-ordinating the delivery and prioritisation of multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent stakeholder management – confident in engaging, influencing and holding to account team and peers
• Project management skills and experience of working in a digital team or agency would be extremely helpful
• Calm, confident and collaborative - able to judge when it is right to follow or flex guidelines to get the best result

IMPORTANT NOTE: This role requires regular working outside normal offices hours. This typically involves working from 5am one or two times a month, occasional weekend working particularly at peak times and occasional overnight working e.g. for major launches. In general you will be expected to be flexible with your working hours to meet business and customer needs.
