Test Manager

As the Test Manager you will lead the delivery of testing for projects on behalf of IT whilst leading and supervising IT & Partner Test Teams. This role will be critical in ensuring test plans are aligned to overall project objectives and work with relevant parties to ensure progress.

Key Responsibilities
• Own the planning for the testing phases of projects – including project plans, test plans, resource plans, partner planning deliverables and financial forecasts
• Ensure all IT test phases (functional and non-functional) are delivered in-line with the agreed test strategy and plan within an assigned project
• Responsible for influencing, improving and informing the project around software quality throughout the software delivery lifecycle for an assigned project
• Drive the end-to-end delivery of testing within timescale, cost and quality constraints
• Responsible for influencing, improving and informing the project around software quality throughout the software delivery lifecycle for an assigned project

A bit about you…
• Experience of managing the end to end testing lifecycle for IT projects
• Experience of testing delivery methodologies, e.g. V-Model, Agile Testing etc.
• Experience managing both functional and non-functional testing
• Experience of leading internal teams and partner teams across onshore and offshore locations
• Good stakeholder management and communication skills
