Information about the role: HR Professional with strong Employee Relations experience required to partner with Store Leaders to ensure high risk and complex ER cases receive fair and consistent outcomes in line with the Company's policies and procedures.Job Description: What will you be doing day to day?

The Employee Relations Partner is part of the HR Operations team who are passionate about providing excellent support for leaders across our stores and support office, around the ER issues they face.

You will support leaders on escalated high risk and complex ER cases to deliver fair and consistent outcomes in line with the Company's policies and procedures.

You will also be involved in providing ER expertise for Company change initiatives e.g. TUPEs, restructures etc. and be responsible for the successful delivery of the ER elements these require.

You will work closely with the HR Business Partner to share learnings and insights to ensure consistency of approach and will also work as an integral part of the broader HR team which includes the PeoplePoint team, to support and implement the ER strategy.

How will you do it?

You will work with leaders at all levels within the business to conclude high risk and complex cases which have been escalated to you by PeoplePoint. You will act as an ER expert on designated projects and be able to advise on approach as well as being responsible for the implementation of the ER plan.

What you’ll need to have

You’ll need current and thorough understanding of the practical application of a broad range of employment law and a background in HR. You’ll be customer focussed, pragmatic, and resilient and have strong influencing and coaching skills. You will be commercially aware and will use this along with your sensitive people skills and understanding of people issues, to make sound judgements in relation to cases and business initiatives. You will also need to have the ability to plan and prioritise as well as good project management and IT skills.
