Assistant Brand Manager – Soap & Glory
We’re on the hunt for a gloriously extra-ordinary marketeer and brand enthusiast to join the Soap & Glory team as Global Assistant Brand Manager. This role is incredibly dynamic, touching all categories within the brand portfolio (Bath & Body, Skincare and Cosmetics), and working alongside the broader team to ensure we get the word out about our fabulous formulations!

Key Responsibilities
• Support the delivery of global brand strategies, plans and toolkits including:
o Global Consumer Driven Strategy
o Annual Global brand plan
o Global Communications strategy
o Brand Visual Identity, standards and guidelines across all touchpoints
o End-to-end Marketing calendar
• Manage new product launch requirements for local markets, including packaging photography, product descriptions, and educational guides.
• Support Global Content Manager in production of always on content, including coordinating samples, attending photoshoots, writing briefs and updating asset management platform.
• Manage team campaign deliverables and calendar, ensuring on time delivery and aligning with key stakeholders
• Ensure global brand strategies, plans and toolkits are rooted in data and performance, including competitive and market, taking insight to action

• Understanding of mass personalised marketing
• Understanding of the end-to-end consumer journey
• Ability to work with multiple teams and stakeholders and create excellent working relationships.
• Organised and efficient with the ability to manage time and deadlines.
