Marketing Specialist – In-store (Permanent)

The Marketing Specialist – In-store, is a key role in our Marketing team to ensure the customer has a fantastic experience while they’re in our shops. Working within the value squad, you will be delivering at fast pace at the very heart of the customer journey, ensuring clear and engaging value messaging which aligns with other channels. You will be an integral part of the squad and use agile methodology, tools and techniques to deliver value against the organisational outcomes, while remaining creative and dynamic.
You will own the end to end customer communication in store from creation to production and ensure creative assets are fully integrated within the BVI principles.

Key Responsibilities:
• Accountable for all creative elements of POS and other value kit, ensuring it is designed and handed over to print to be delivered to stores within budget and to timelines
• Work cross-functionally with Trading, Merchandising and Legal to ensure all activity is legally sound and reflective of the Trading priorities and representing the strongest value from the in-store load ups
• Working with the rest of the squad to help develop integrated through the line campaigns that deliver against the key customer goals and value strategy
• Develop and execute all store-based communications required to support the company agenda covering salesplan, eventing, advice and information, trials, store development initiatives and local marketing

A bit about you:
• Experience of performing within a marketing role for a considerable period
• Keen creative eye with experience of working with agencies and giving feedback on creative development
• Collaborative with experience of working as part of a broader team to achieve goals
• Obsessed with customer and market insights and experience of using insights to develop a creative solution
• Pro-active and self-organising
