The Senior Manager of CRM Development will be instrumental in helping the organisation transform its marketing technology capabilities enabling us to deliver engaging and relevant communications to our customers.

You will lead the delivery of the CRM & Loyalty team's customer communications and initiatives utilising the Adobe stack and other products within the MarTech portfolio. Your work will include setting the strategy & optimization of customer communication executions as well as enhancements of capabilities and workflows relating to CRM operations. You will also be a key stakeholder for application designs and architectural decisions relating to our MarTech stack.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own delivery and structure of CRM executions via MarTech platforms working with multiple stakeholders across the business
• Responsible for the strategy & optimization of CRM development process, ensuring it is scalable and efficient
• Responsible for delivering high quality work inline with specifications and time estimates
• Support testing of components and executions ensuring quality and robustness of automations
• Constantly seek to improve and innovate the CRM development process

A bit about you:

• Extensive experience with Marketing Automation Platforms (Adobe would be an advantage)
• Strong technical background with experience of building technical workflows as well as expertise in web development with HTML, CSS, Javascript and / or backend development
• Analytical thinker with familiarity of data systems, databases and BI
• Smart problem solver with a track record for building out productive processes and simplifying procedures
• Ability to prioritise and work with a range of stakeholders to tight deadlines
