Marketing Assistant
Overview of the role:
This is a fantastic opportunity to work in the Advantage Card Clubs team, specifically focused on Parenting Club. We have over 1 million members and we need to constantly evolve to stay at the forefront of retail loyalty.
Reporting to the Parenting Club Assistant Manager and Manager, you’ll work as part of a team of three to deliver Boots Parenting Club. You’ll work closely with our creative agencies, in-house marketing teams, legal, data analytics teams, trading category partners and many others. This is an exciting role to work across app, print, email and social media. You will also be required to support with online proofreading to support the club’s digital ambitions.

Your Responsibilities:
• Help deliver an omnichannel Parenting Club experience. Ensure excellent execution of all communications for Parenting Club clubs across all channels, including email, print, app, and social media.
• Manage the quarterly refreshes of Parenting Club’s digital offers.
• Work with our agency partner to create and distribute Parenting Club’s weekly Advice & Inspiration email.
• Champion Boots Parenting Club ensuring the business is fully aligned on the role and purpose of Parenting Club.
• Identify development opportunities through monitoring competitor analysis and market trends to ensure the programme remains relevant to consumers.
• Support the Assistant Marketing Manager with any commercial priorities and tasks.
• BAU tasks – weekly proofing and raising POs.

Our Ideal Candidate:

The successful individual will have experience in marketing, and ideally experience in loyalty:
- You will have a sharp eye for detail and accuracy is essential.
- Strong project management skills to manage initiatives successfully through to completion.
- You will possess strong marketing and communication skills and have an analytical mind-set.
- You will need to be a self-starter and excellent relationship builder with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to juggle multiple projects at the same time.
- You must have a commercial mind-set and be confident interrogating data
