This Change Manager role isn’t an IT or Programme Manager role, but one that focuses on leading our people through a multi-dimensional change to ensure a smooth transition. You will join a dedicated project team to design and deliver a strategic business systems implementation for Global Brands. You will lead the business change activities to implement and embed the future business process and systems for managing product data across 10,000 beauty products that are developed and sold globally.

Key Responsibilities
• Developing, agreeing and implementing a change plan for the programme, you will bring together change activities, communication, engagement and training. You will identify the critical success factors to measure change effectiveness and adoption and monitor and report these to the programme.
• You will use highly developed interpersonal skills to establish a network of cross functional stakeholders, from system users to senior leaders across operations, marketing and finance, in UK, US and Asia. By exploring current challenges and future opportunities, you will identify the key process, behavioural and cultural shifts required to achieve ambitious, lasting business change across a complex global business.
• Bringing best practice tools and techniques, you will upskill relevant programme and business leads to enable them to set-up and execute change brilliantly. You will bring a structured methodology for strategic change management, that will fit within the wider programme governance for systems delivery.
• Drawing on the support of stakeholders across the business, you will plan and execute the business change activities required to embed the new processes, including internal and external communication, functional readiness, end-user training and post-live user support. Your role is key to ensuring a successful business transition and sustainable change.

A bit about you…
• You will have significant experience of delivering successful business change activities, including those associated with IT system implementation.
• Experience in a leadership role managing matrix teams within a wider programme to achieve stretching business objectives.
• Advanced change management skills, to Practitioner level (or equivalent).
• Excellent internal and external stakeholder management, engaging, influencing and holding to account at all levels in a global context.
