In this role you will be joining a dedicated project team helping to design, deliver and embed the future business process and system for managing our customer facing product information management (PIM). It will offer you the opportunity to learn more about managing the end-to-end process of product information and how this valuable asset can drive growth for the business.

Global Brands currently sell 10,000 beauty products in over 20 retailers and 40+ ecommerce sites globally. This project is part of an exciting, wider business transformation initiative as we embark on the next stage of the journey to expand our market leading portfolio into multiple retailers and direct to consumer websites.

Key Responsibilities
• Your role will involve understanding the business requirements for consumer facing product data, designing future-focused processes and working with system experts to ensure the PIM solution delivers against the true customer needs.
• You will build strong relationships with PIM user groups around the business to understand where the product data will come from and flow to. You will use this to identify and resolve conflicting requirements and drive for simplicity in the solution design. Stakeholders include marketing, commercial and technical team members across the UK, US and Asia.
• You will play a key role in planning and managing product data cleansing activities, working with relevant internal and external users to establish a high-quality data set that can be published to global retailers and loaded into the new PIM solution.
• You will also be responsible for a range of project implementation tasks including reviewing design documents, designing and carrying out user acceptance testing (UAT), and developing and delivering end user training.
• You will work with the product, marketing and creative teams to ensure digital best practice is applied to product data and define the workflow for the creation and enrichment of this data
• You will work closely with lead markets to ensure the needs to our key e-retailers are supported by this PIM solution, driving sales

A bit about you…
• You will have experience of digital content management feeding multiple ecommerce sites
• Expertise in e-retail digital shelf best practice, including Search Engine Optimisation (SEO)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong data handling abilities, with advanced Excel skills
• Ability to work in a team to meet deadlines in a dynamic environment
• Experience as a business participant in a significant IT implementation in a large organisation
