Join a dedicated project team to design and deliver a strategic business systems implementation for Global Brands. You will lead the work to implement and embed the future business process and system for Product Information Management (PIM) across 10,000 beauty products sold on 40+ ecommerce sites globally.

Key Responsibilities
• Your role will involve determining the evolving business requirements for consumer facing product data, designing future-focused processes and working with business and system experts to ensure the PIM solution delivers against the true customer needs.
• You will manage the relationship with an external digital agency to develop a data model, then cleanse and enrich data to create optimised market leading content that will delight customers and grow sales.
• You will engage senior leaders about the PIM implementation, securing active support for the new process and system activities. You will use market insights, industry expertise and strong relationships to steer cross-functional stakeholders through key design decisions and approval points.
• You will also lead an assistant manager and be accountable for a range of project implementation tasks including reviewing design documents, overseeing user acceptance testing (UAT), and developing and delivering end user training.

A bit about you…
• You will have significant experience of digital content management feeding multiple ecommerce sites
• Experience in a leadership role managing diverse teams to achieve stretching business objectives
• Expertise in e-retail digital shelf best practice, including Search Engine Optimisation (SEO)
• Excellent internal and external stakeholder management, engaging, influencing and holding to account at all levels.
• Experience leading the business elements of a significant IT implementation in a large organisation
• Working knowledge of Lean, 6-sigma and agile delivery methodology
