As the HR Business Partner to our Operations Division, here at Global Brands, you will play a critical role in driving the people agenda during an exciting time of transformation and change. We are looking for you to provide commercially focussed, generalist HR support in a diverse and global business. You will work with leadership teams to implement a people plan that enables the functions to achieve the 3 year business plan and build a winning culture.
Key Responsibilities

• Partner Leadership Teams to implement a global people plan that enables functions to meet 3 year plan and targets.
• Provide a commercially focused, generalist HR partnering for the GB Operations business through a period of intense global transformation and change. Namely; organisational design and development, change and engagement, employee relations, performance management, learning and development, and resource planning.
• Work with leaders to drive employee engagement and build a winning culture, ensuring integration of Diversity, Equality & Inclusion into people practices
• Collaborate with HR Centres of Excellence to ensure the development of robust Talent and Succession Plans, Talent Pipelines, Recruitment campaigns that enable the capability transformation and talent mobilisation required to meet business performance objectives
• Plan and deliver strategic people projects, identify and align on goals, milestones, resources, risks, costs and interdependencies.
A bit about you…
• Experience of partnering senior leaders to build trusted relationships, particularly through times of transformation and change
• Excellent knowledge and demonstrable experience of delivering an end to end generalist HR partnering (including employee relations, change management, performance management, reward, learning and development, talent acquisition)
• Strong commercial awareness with the ability to think strategically, balanced with tactical business as usual activity.
• Strong delivery focus with a proactive attitude and ability to prioritise with high workloads
• High moral courage and influence with a proactive attitude• It would also be beneficial if you have experience of partnering in a Global and Matrix business environment
