Do you have a passion for building relationships and problem solving? Are you great at planning and working with large stakeholder groups?
We have an exciting opportunity for a Pharmacist Deployment Planner to join us for 6 months. The role is looking after the London region but can be done remotely so we are inviting applications from across the country.
The role is for ideally 25 hours per week (working weekends on a rota system with the other Planners). However, if you are looking for full time, this can be accommodated.

It's about business leadership
‘Right first time’ is how you work – you make sure all stores get the pharmacists they need, when they need them.
It's about performance
You’ll plan pharmacist rotas, pharmacist meetings and manage their holidays. You’ll pay attention to resourcing needs across the division, working in partnership with store colleagues and leaders to allocate resources appropriately and within budget.

It’s about relationships…
You’ll work in partnership with other Pharmacist Deployment Planners to ensure the best use of resources. You have strong relationships with Regional Pharmacy Managers, and your Pharmacist Deployment Manager. Together you will provide intelligence for pharmacists within the division.
You’ll also build strong day-to-day relationships with locum agencies and locums and will help to build the direct locum database.
