This role is responsible for delivering the Beauty training and coaching that builds the capability of Beauty teams in Boots. You will be a true beauty ambassador that leads from the front. You will bring store insights and learning evaluation to the design team, shaping the learning to unleash the skill and potential of our beauty colleagues.
Your Responsibilities
• Deliver best in class learning for large groups, small cohorts and on a 1-2-1 basis
• Use a combination of face to face, digital, virtual and social platforms to deliver learning–all to an exceptional standard
• Educate, inspire and create a competent army of beauty lovers
• Reinforce the standards for beauty in our stores, through leading by example and modelling excellence
• Partner with the Beauty Team to bring insights, communicate training needs and celebrate success
• Work flexibly across a wide geography to meet the needs of the learner and the wider business. This may entail working cross functionally, with the incumbent required to stay away from home
• Be digitally savvy and share your knowledge of beauty and latest trends to help shape both learning design and delivery
• Assist in the analysis of training / learning needs and the outline of design solutions
• Identify and champion the development of talent in Beauty
• Use external insights, current trends and peer reviews to develop self
A bit about you

• Training experience –highly skilled in delivering to large groups, smaller cohorts and 1-2-1
• Skilled in delivering learning through digital means (e.g. webinars, live on line learning)
• Excellent presenter, coach and facilitator, with the ability to manage large, disparate groups
• Store experience -desirable
• Beauty experience, including make-up application
• Stakeholder management
• Effective time management
• High degree of impact and influence
• Digitally intuitive and flexible in delivery style
• TAP or equivalent training delivery standards
