As a team of professional Programme Managers we support Global Brands to deliver the strategic plan.
The role of the Business Change Programme Manager is to deliver change activity ranging from programme and project to process and systems using a range of methodologies such as MSP, Change Management and Lean Six Sigma to deliver to cost, time and quality.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead a complex cross-functional change programme
• Bring structure, discipline and control to a programme to ensure excellence in delivery in terms of cost, time and quality
• Identification and management of dependencies with and between other programmes
• Support the development and utilise Programme Management Best Practice
• Being part of an independent partnering function that calls out issues, risks, areas of concern, celebrates success and shares Best Practice
A bit about you…
• Significant experience leading complex change programmes, such as organisation design, process, systems.
• Experience in the broader field of project, programme and portfolio management and strategic planning
• Degree calibre. Ideally have completed (or working towards) MSP practitioner or similar (e.g. APM practitioner)
• Knowledge of APMG International Change Management, Lean Six Sigma and Agile methodologies
• Experience of leading and coaching direct or indirect teams successfully
