PMO Manager

The PMO Manager is a central role within the Global Brands Strategic Planning and Programme Management team. The PMO Manager will support both the Programme Management and Strategic Planning teams in being the central hub for all core governance processes, documentation and best practice relating to programme management and delivery of the Global Brands strategic plan.

Key Responsibilities
• Best Practice - maintain the existing best practice library of tools and templates ensuring these are well utilized and developed across the teams. The PMO Manager will continue to evolve these documents in line with best practice and providing coaching on usage across the teams.
• Tracking and Reporting - ensure consistency of reporting, risk and issue and dependency identification and management and change control. Provide quality assurance and best practice adherence.
• Information management - the creation and management of the information management strategy and plan for all key documentation relating to business change programmes and strategic planning, ensuring correct storage and access are provided.
• Annual Calendar and Senior Leader meeting support - the maintenance of the annual planning and governance calendars ensuring key dates are scheduled in an appropriate cadence in relation to key senior forums and activity required in functional teams.
• Programme Assurance - support the programme management team by conducting independent health checks on programmes and usage of best practice tools and techniques.

A bit about you…
• A love for planning and ability to keep two or three steps ahead with a very strong organisational and sequencing ability
• Programme, planning or project management experience having completed either MSP practitioner or similar (e.g. APM practitioner)
• Good understanding and usage of systems and software, particularly for document management (Sharepoint and Teams)
• Inquisitive and tenacious in nature with the ability to confidently challenge to fully understand a situation, provide programme assurance and ensure that deadlines are met
• Great attention to detail and good written English with sound grammar, punctuation and articulation
