As a Supply Lead you will be involved in the delivery and implementation of our supply business plans.

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for the delivery of service and stock KPIs to ensure deliver world class on shelf availability in store to support our customers’ needs right first time
• Uses their knowledge of supply systems & processes to identify & implement effective stock management, maximising sales & minimising costs to the business
• Responsible for building & sustaining relationships with warehousing, distribution & stores, working cross-functionally, communicating clearly, to impact & influence solutions.
• Works as an effective team player, supporting the Supply Manager, coaching & motivating other team members
• Developing supplier relationships, holding suppliers to account & managing our suppliers performance to ensure we work collaboratively to exceed targets whilst looking at ways to streamline both supply chains to drive efficiencies
• Using facts and data to support delivery of your KPI’s
• Continually looking for ways to improve their own and teams performance/KPI’s.
• You will have a specific Inventory or supplier base that you will be responsible for
• To develop relationships and communicate effectively throughout the supply chain with professionalism to sustain business performance

A bit about you…

• Ideally experience within a Supply or Supply chain role would be desirable.
• Strong Excel skills is required for this role
• You must be analytical and organized, able to work and deliver at pace. Excellent attention to detail, using facts and data to make informed decisions.
• The ideal candidate will be process focused, have effective communication, and strong numerical skills.
• Ability to influence and challenge, taking accountability for your KPI’s
• The role at times can be challenging, demanding and fast paced therefore you must have a flexible and adaptable approach to work, be able to manage expectations of your key stakeholders and prioritise workloads accordingly and when required
**Please note- candidates will be required to pass an SHL Numerical reasoning test as part of the assessment criteria for this role before any offers can be made**
