Global Brands – Liz Earle Quality Manager

We’re looking for a Quality Manager to deliver the Liz Earle magic!
You will deploy corporate quality policies and procedures to support and uphold brand expectations and standards, plus ensure adherence across the Company’s products and services. The role will be working closely across the end to end process including and WBA Global Brands partners, internal/external stakeholders to help bring to market our range of naturally active skincare products through an understanding of the UK consumer. We are looking for you to be a champion of the brand, passionate and results driven.

Key Responsibilities
• Quality Assurance leadership: Ensure that appropriate policies and procedures are in place throughout Liz Earle’s global supply chain, with controls to ensure goods delivered to expected standards on an ongoing basis
• Ensure appropriate corporate quality policies are incorporated into Liz Earle business processes and policies, optimizing use of corporate resources with regard to audits
• Cross functional relationships Working with cross functional teams is integral to the role as we cement our move from QC to QA. It will be key for you to build strong relationships with all relevant teams to ensure efficient working and maximized plans to deliver the business objectives.
• Continuous improvement : Manage the Quality Team to achieve set objectives and ensure skill levels optimized to deliver world class quality assurance and continuous improvement practices
•Identify and manage appropriate quality KPI for business, to cover customer complaints and feedback, external supplier performance and internal operations areas. Drive action plans to resolve issues identified
A bit about you…
• Quality qualifications/extensive Quality experience preferred
• 5 years managerial level quality role
• Intuitive understanding of brand quality non-negotiables
• Pragmatic problem-solving skills
• Excellent and adaptable communication skills across business and with external stakeholders
• Ability to lead own and cross-functional teams
• Degree level education ideally in appropriate discipline
