Overview of the role
The Store Communications and Boots Hub Manager will be responsible for planning all store activity whilst protecting capacity.
The role also owns the Boots live calendar and is responsible for store communications, ensuring workload is matched to stores capacity.
Your Responsibilities
• Planning store activity within capacity and budget ensuring fit for right first time delivery and planned a minimum of 3 months in advance
• Liaising with stakeholders across the business to capture their workload requests and build these into the store activity plan
• Liaising with stakeholders across the business to manage their communication requests objective KPIs & Insights to drive continuous improvement putting stores and customers at the heart of everything we do
• Owning and managing the BootsLive platform which is the conduit for all communications to stores and field teams
• Championing ‘simple for stores’ through innovation of the way we do things
• Collaborating with all Support Office teams to understand their world and advise on how to communication right first time
