This is a really exciting opportunity to work in the fast-paced Boots Multichannel team. Challenging yet exciting, this varied role has an abundance of scope as we strive to become the No.1 Health & Beauty retailer in the world.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the delivery of the sales and profit budgets by working in partnership with the Commercial Category and wider ecommerce teams to leverage and trade the existing product offer, deliver new products, services and promotions to increase market share.
• Work collaboratively and in partnership with the other functions including but not exhaustive: Channel Teams, Commercial Category, Partnership Marketing, Content, Customer Experience, Customer and Trade Planning, Loyalty, Digital marketing.
• Support the Assistant Channel Partner in conjunction with supply teams to ensure availability of our products / services meet the expectations of our customers.
• Management of the day to day trading of products including the end-to-end management of all products & services including but not exhaustive: product set up, onsite merchandising / marketing related to the channel / category including NPD launches, Sales Plan and all legal compliance..
• To become an ecommerce expert within the business area and apply a customer led focus in everything you do.
• Gather data / analysis for the channel / category performance against KPI’s and report as required. Gather data / analysis of market, customer, and competitor to help formulate future strategy.

Our Ideal Candidate:

A motivated self-starter with a desire to make a difference and learn at a fast pace, you will ideally have relevant technical experience and an excellent working knowledge of the online retail environment. A positive mind set, a strong eye for detail, extensive communication skills & an analytical way of thinking is also a must.
